THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR WEBSITE!!
Here at Inky Dink Dalmatians we are dedicated to providing our customers with healthy and beautiful fur babies. We do not think of animals as things, they are family to us and we want all of our puppies to be spoiled members of our extended family.
We are also interested in cultivating and preserving gene lines, for rare and unique color variations, as well as solid, confident, affectionate pure bred Dalmatians.
When people think of a Dalmatian they picture a white dog with black spots. But many do not realize that Dalmatians come in several different colors..
Liver, Lemon, Orange, Blue, Brindle, Sable and
We don't just pay attention to color. We have been working hard to expand our bloodlines to ensure you're not only getting a healthy puppy physically, but also ones with a happy, confident disposition as well.
We are even working to improve the health of our furry friends through genetics. We are expanding our LUA (low uric acid) lines in all color variations, to reduce potential urinary health issues in our dogs, so they never have to experience these problems which are so common in this breed.
Dalmatians are a wonderful breed. They prefer the company of humans over other dogs, and love to be with you at all time. Dalmatians tend to pick a favorite person who they prefer to be around and they can be jealous. You will always find them wiggling themselves between their favorite person and whomever else may be in the way. They are probably one of the most loyal and affectionate breeds I have ever known.
They are very easily trained, however, they are very strong willed and can be difficult for inexperienced dog owners. You may find them acting up if you leave them lonely and bored all day. They are very different from most breeds. They have a lot of stamina and are wonderful for people who are active and adventurous - they make great running mates for the joggers in the family.
They do shed, A LOT! All year long, in fact. Their tiny hairs just don't float all over, they stick to everything!!! But the good news is, Dalmatians are very low maintenance as far as grooming. Regular brushing is recommended to help with shedding, and maybe an occasional bath a few times a year, and that's all you need. They do not have oils in their skin like other dogs so Dalmatians never get "smelly ". So bathing is not needed regularly.
A happy Dalmatian is one you run around and play with during the day, and then cuddle up with in your favorite chair to watch a movie at night. Your best friend and snuggle buddy.
We get a lot of requests from people wanting to come and see our fur babies. So many, in fact, that we decided to start offering visits!
$35 Parties Up To 2 People and $10 for each additional person.
If you buy a puppy from us during your visit, we will credit the price of the visit to the price of your puppy.
8/28/23 UPDATE! For the second time, my website was pirated by the same criminals!! We have had the pirated site taken down, but the name was 101luadalmatians.com. They are also operating from a Facebook page "Long coat dalmatian puppies for rehoming". We have tried to report the scam to Facebook (or meta or whatever they are called) and we're not getting through to them. So, do not do business with those people. DON'T GET SCAMMED!
6/12/2023 UPDATE! The site was Suspended. If anyone sees our site information copied to another site, please advise us immediately. Thank you.
On June 9th, 2023, we received a call from a person who had called earlier for a particular type of dalmatian puppy that we did not have available. So, this person searched the web and found a site very similar to ours and arranged with them to buy the puppy she wanted. Only after paying a $500.00 deposit did she get suspicious that something wasn't right about them. She insisted on paying the balance upon delivery, and even drove down from Massachusetts to meet at an address in Philadelphia, which the scammer said was his business location. Turns out, it was a residence, not a business, and not surprisingly, nobody showed up with a puppy. This is a classic shopping scam!
We checked out the website she used to make her purchase and were shocked to find that the site was a clone of OUR website. We quickly found the web hosting company being used, and demanded that they cease their illegal activity.
BE SUPER CAREFUL WHO YOU DEAL WITH ON THE INTERNET EVERYONE!! Double and Triple Check EVERYTHING! This happens too often, and it's a real shame.
We have spent years developing the gene lines to produce very special puppies. We have LUA puppies... In fact, we don't even know we have one until the genetic testing we do shows the right genetic make-up.. (LUA puppies have been bred not to have the gene that causes a lot of kidney problems common in this breed of dog.) We are among a very VERY few breeders in the world who have cultivated the gene pool needed to produce Tri-color Dalmatian puppies (even LUA Tri-Color) , and we are getting slammed with requests. We also have breeders who contact us looking for our special puppies for their own breeding programs. As you can imagine, the prices for these specialty dogs are much higher.
WAITING CAN BE FUN! (Just kidding... waiting stinks, we know.)
If you are interested in one of our puppies, the first step is to complete our Preference Sheet, and pay a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to get on our waiting list for a future puppy $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve an available puppy you see .. Your deposit is necessary to secure you a spot in line for a puppy. The preference sheet will tell us where to put you on the waiting list, and helps us identify where the deposits are coming from, so DO NOT SEND A DEPOSIT WITHOUT COMPLETING A PREFERENCE SHEET. AND, you will want to immediately download and complete our Puppy Buyer Questionnaire, so you won’t hold us up when it comes time to qualify you for a puppy.
When we have puppies old enough to start pairing with families, your selections on your preference sheet will determine who gets called first. If you are in line for a specialty puppy or a breeding quality dog, you will get first choice of the available dogs with the specific qualities requested. If a litter produced no dogs with your selected preferences, you will be moved to the top of the list for those preferences in the next litter(s).
DON'T WORRY! Good things come to those who wait. There's plenty of puppy love to go around.
